The unique code attached to every bag, connects you to the artisan who handcrafted it. CRAFTSMANSHIP

STELAR bags and accessories are imbued with history and meaning. We harness ancient knowledge and reimagine traditional weaving techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation. Preserving these intricate skills that are a deep rooted foundation of Balinese culture, is integral to STELAR. 

CONSCIOUS

We are what we weave. Wherever possible, our materials are sourced from within Indonesia, be it the vegan plant fibres of organically grown atta grass and bamboo or ethically sourced leather. Our basket bag materials are grown on our artisans’ land before being hand woven into bags. Our organic leather is also locally sourced from suppliers who promote sustainable practices that minimise water and chemicals and seek to reduce deforestation.

Our approach to design is simple. Made to last. Threaded through our collection is a timeless style, ensuring that everything at STELAR is enduring. We weave through this, modern design sensibilities, that bring fun and vibrance to everyday items. Understanding a need for versatility, our considered designs also encourage multi functionality. Many bags are lightweight or flat packable and our interchangeable, vibrant bag straps, charms and pouches add an instant upgrade to your look.
